Customer story Mosa: The experience of Royal Mosa: Up to 50% reduction in downtime

Mosa started with real-time OEE calculation due to a clear need among operators to implement time savings. Insight into the duration and causes of downtime was central to the need for more targeted improvement.

In 2014 we started working with the Cierpa OEE. This Lean Support Software could be directly connected to the existing sensors and PLCs. In addition, existing data flows and our IT infrastructure could be used. This resulted in a 50% reduction in downtime.
